Job description

Smartway Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical distributor that strives to empower access to medicines globally.

We are looking for an admin associate to facilitate day-to-day tasks alongside our regulatory department.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Organised
  • Good at time keeping
  • Excellent at communicating and updating other parties within the business, at all levels including Director level
  • Able to liaise with external regulatory authorities within the UK, Europe and worldwide

An example of tasks includes:

  • Updating internal parties on the status of new customer and supplier accounts.
  • Completing client forms.
  • Recording and checking product recalls onto the electronic system.
  • Monitoring tasks delegated to other departments.

The role sits within the regulatory department but would involve working alongside the commercial, and finance teams within the wider business.
